Steve and Nylajean by far exceeded my expectations and hopes of what I wanted to accomplish. The services they provided gave each Board member and Administrator a better insight into their strengths and weaknesses. The custom program they provided gave us a better understanding of why we each act or react to each other. Their program without a doubt has made us a better team by identifying positive ways that each member can work together collectively to move the district forward.
